Gen Z to take over

Generation Z  is a generation of young people who have been born since 1990. They are called like that because these people have been born surrounded by technologies.
Most people know how to use a cell phone from age 8 and even younger.
Many people say that Generation Z is the worst generation there has ever been, since most of the young people do not study enough, but they don't smoke, drink alcoholic drinks or take drugs so much. However, they are all day long in social networks.
Also in this generation there are very messy people because using mobile phones and technologies since childhood have offered great economic support as there are many people who work for mobile. 
Technologies are advancing and you should know how to control them because you need to have a good job in the future.

Dumbphones and plastic!!

Today we have in our homes some technological devices that have internet.
We all use smartphones either to send messages or to look for information or to enter public places 
or to play ... these things are just a distraction to do our things such as: doing homework, doing sports etc.
The dumbphones are very silly phones and less developed than the smartphones because you can only call and send voice messages. With these mobiles you cannot connect to the internet, you cannot play either.

Plastic is a material widely used by all people and has to be recycled as it can cause a lot of damage to the environment.
Plastic is formed from a very limited resource such as oil and it takes hundreds of years to degrade.

Objectification, a top issue!!!!

We are in a society in which we try to have equal rights for women and men, but unfortunately some men still consider women inferior to them.
In this partnership there is still abuse, harassment and violence against women. Most of the cases of gender violence are caused by jealousy. Still there are men who think that women should take care of the house and the children and not work.
Also women are very concerned about how we show ourselves because many can criticize us for being too fat or flat, also for short dresses or show your body as they can insult you or if they rape you is because you provoked them to wearing those clothes .
I believe that there are people who speak badly about you and respect yourself and make others respect you as you are because nobody in this world is perfect.

Congratulations to our teachers and students at IES Mediterraneo !!

I'm not in robotics class and I do not know much about these things, but I think it's very interesting.
One day my tutor took us to the computer room and I showed us the things they did in robotics with my other classmates and they were wonderful.
They had managed to build a car and had won a contest.
It is very nice to know how to do these things from this age because when you are older you will know how to do many more things and you will have more possibilities to find a job, since we live in a world surrounded by technologies and in the future technologies will evolve more and know how to manage these things. You will be offered many more possibilities to get a job.

Loneliness, isolation, teenagers, sex!!!!

Nowadays, people use mobile phones and social networks a lot. Most of them are teenagers, but 

there are also  very young children. Young parents have given them the phones to watch a 

cartoons or anything else. Accustoming a child from a young age with the phone is very bad because then he will not want to let go and he will start crying or fighting to have his cell phone.

To navigate social networks you have to be aware of the things you do, where you go or who you 

talk to, because you can suffer harassment or laugh at you.

The phone also serves to communicate with your family or friends, do homework or find 

information.

I believe that you have to be a responsible grown child to have a mobile phone. And you should 

also be aware of the things you do.

And one day the dream came true!!!!!

Basketball for me is a game that I do not like very much since I did not practice it at primary school. In secondary school the teacher used to make us to play basketball. The children in my class were very happy to play, but I got tired and I saw it very boring. My father also liked basketball and used to watch all the games that were played. He always told me about the players and that former players like Michael Jordan, Larry Bird or Tim Durcan were better than the current players.
I do not like basketball, I prefer playing football, which is my favourite sport or another sport.
